The research was conducted on behalf of Evocco. Evocco is a mobile app that helps consumers make more sustainable food choices by tracking the impact their purchases make on the environment. Evocco also works with food brands and retailers by providing them with consumer insights to help develop a data-driven sustainability strategy. The team was recognised as one of seven global Young Champions of the Earth by the UN for Evocco’s potential to have a transformative effect on climate engagement of the public.
